Operantics is passionate about making opera accessible, engaging, and inspiring for the next generation. We offer workshops, performances, and interactive demonstrations tailored for primary schools, high schools, and regional music conservatoriums.

Whether your students are curious beginners or developing performers, our school programs aim to demystify opera, spark creativity, and connect students to the power of storytelling through music.

What We Offer

Our workshops and performances are adaptable to suit a range of age groups, learning outcomes, and school settings. Programs can be delivered as:

• In-school performances of opera scenes, excerpts or abridged operas, complete with costumes and commentary

• Interactive workshops exploring voice, character, stagecraft, and movement

• Demonstrations and artist Q&As that give students a behind-the-scenes look at what it takes to perform and stage opera

• Residency-style engagements for schools or conservatoriums seeking a deeper or extended program

• Curriculum-linked content, designed in consultation with teachers to support classroom learning

Programs are led by experienced teaching artists and professional performers, and can be customised to suit beginner or advanced students, small classes or large assemblies.
